What exactly is an Eldorado centre?
A local counter — usually a small shop — run by a trained operator who can file, register, book or pay on your behalf. Think of it as a single window for the paperwork you would otherwise chase across four different offices.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during working hours. For anything needing documents, call ahead and the agent will tell you exactly what to bring, so you do not make the trip twice.
Are your fees fixed?
Yes. Every service page shows the Eldorado fee and the government fee separately. The agent quotes before starting and gives you a receipt for every rupee. If someone asks for more, that is not our pricing — report it.
Which languages do you work in?
The website runs in English, Hindi and Marathi. Individual centres usually work in the local language too.

What is an Agent ID?
A unique code — like ELD-2026-00001 — issued to every Eldorado agent after we verify their documents. It is printed on their card and on every receipt they give you.
How do I check an agent is genuine?
Open the Employee Verification page, type the Agent ID, and press verify. You will see their photo, designation, centre and current standing. It is free, instant, and needs no login.
The ID shows as suspended. What now?
Do not hand over documents or money. A suspended or terminated agent has no authority to act for Eldorado. Call our office number and report it — we will act on it.
Someone is using the Eldorado name without an ID.
That person is not ours. Call us with the location and any details you have. We take impersonation seriously because the whole model depends on the register meaning something.

What does a franchise cost?
It depends on the state and the format. Investment ranges are shown on the application form; an advisor gives you the exact figure for your territory on the first call. There is no fee to apply.
Do I need an existing shop?
It helps but it is not required. Many partners start from a small rented space. What matters more is that you are known locally and willing to sit at the counter.
What qualification do I need?
Basic computer literacy and comfort with paperwork. Most of our operators are graduates, but we have strong partners who are not. The two-week training covers the rest.
How long before I start earning?
Most partners are live within four to six weeks of applying — that covers verification, training and setup. Break-even typically falls in the first two quarters, though it depends entirely on your footfall.
Is my territory protected?
Yes, within your PIN cluster. We do not appoint two centres on top of each other; the advisor confirms whether your area is open on the first call.

Can you file GST for a business in another state?
Yes. GST filing is done on the portal, so location does not matter. Documents can be shared digitally.
Do you guarantee a loan will be approved?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. We are not a lender. We prepare the file properly and match it to lenders that actually approve your profile — which is why our approval rate is higher than a walk-in application, not because we can force a decision.
What if a filing is late because of you?
If we miss a deadline we committed to, we bear the late fee. That is written into the service terms.

How do I pay?
At the counter — cash, UPI or card — against an official Eldorado receipt. Never pay into an agent's personal account. If you are asked to, refuse and report it.
Can I get a refund?
If we have not started work, yes, in full. Once a government fee is paid it cannot be recovered. The full policy is on the Refund Policy page.
