Before work begins: if you cancel a project before we have started, any advance is refundable less any costs already committed on your behalf.
After work begins: fees for work already completed are non-refundable, since that effort and any third-party costs have been spent. Remaining amounts for undelivered work can be refunded or credited.
Government and third-party fees: statutory fees, gateway charges and vendor costs paid on your behalf are non-refundable.
